Number three, I don't have a lot to say about, but I'll talk about it.

On number three, real quick, are there a list of recommendations?

I mean, I know we have a list already going, but I just don't have enough knowledge as to maybe issues that have arisen.

So I'm a little short on that.

But back to the other issue.

I agree with a lot of what everybody's saying here on both sides of this.

I know we have someone who has some expertise in this, but we have a lot of experts at the state level who say it should be 100 feet.

And maybe it should be less, but maybe also if we do make it a little less, something that's a little more reasonable than maybe between 100 and 300.

I'm just giving some ideas for the staff, because that's what we're doing here, is that we do have a means by which you can come in and ask for minor specs.

But I still think 300, that's a big area.

And we've never had problems with this.

And maybe there are some things you can do within that buffer and other things you can't.

So I mean, right now, you can't do anything, right?

I mean, it's basically, you're shut down 300 feet from any sort of spring.

It seems highly restrictive.
