And I guess I'll just talk in general terms and maybe follow it up with a few questions. podcast-host

I think the key that I think we have all kind of generally agree on policy questions, you know, the pollution questions, the noise issue, the setbacks, how it impacts. podcast-host

I mean, that's really what we're trying to address here. podcast-host

what i'm really concerned about and supervisor turner addressed it is is if if we implement some of the stuff a lot of our current data centers become non-conforming uses potentially depending on how we do it and what policy statements we make and how many footnotes we use etc podcast-host

And if that's the case, then that actually desensitizes or perhaps makes it more difficult for our existing data centers to come forward and meet those, I guess, policy questions in large part that we want them to move forward. podcast-host

I mean, I was just trying to think of some examples. podcast-host

if every existing data center's a little bit different, but maybe they would have to move existing, change the generators, how they sit, where they sit, they would then bump up against the new setbacks, which then would prevent them from putting in podcast-host

new generators potentially, which then could create a disincentive for them to meet these policy questions that we have. podcast-host

You can see how this goes and obviously that's maybe a weak example, but that is ultimately my concern. podcast-host

So with that said, I would assume in large part, because I have talked to some folks from the industry podcast-host

and they've made it pretty clear that they just, there's a level of flexibility. podcast-host

They understand that everything is now special exception, but there is flexibility, I think, that needs to be built into this, and that, I think, is overall my biggest concern of how we go about doing that, and so what I'm hearing podcast-host

and staff saying is we can really work on those things as we move forward from this process as to how flexible we can to build into that process incentives that allow current existing data centers not necessarily, they may be non-conforming or not non-conforming, but as much as possible to move towards those policy, I guess, objectives that we have as a board. podcast-host

Is that paper perhaps doable in some places? podcast-host

Okay, because I mean, I mean, I'm just thinking in terms of like our the ability to put in, you know, various, you know, if we want to support grid reliability, I just wrote my note a note down here on right on site generators. podcast-host

Well, can we allow enough flexibility for them to address those community concerns? podcast-host
