I was actually contemplating this today, and this is probably the right point in the conversation to bring this up. podcast-host

Obviously, we are the leaders in the data center industry, but that is rapidly changing. podcast-host

I mean, we've seen that in the national news and whatnot. podcast-host

And I would anticipate some of our oldest data centers probably built in the early teens, and I know that podcast-host

And obviously many of those built in the early 2000s and even the early 2000s are far outdated at this point. podcast-host

And I can only imagine with the new pressure on artificial intelligence that there's going to continue to be one of two things. podcast-host

If it becomes too stringent, podcast-host

to your point, to redevelop these data centers, then they're going to be left as empty buildings. podcast-host

And so I think there will be, honestly, significant incentive going forward if we don't make that too significantly stringent to re-retrofit perhaps some of the new technologies. podcast-host

they can't go high enough, et cetera, but I honestly, and I don't know enough about the industry to speak to this, but just my plain logic and understanding of economics is that is going to start, if it hasn't already happened, it very well will begin to happen, and so I think how we develop this in encouraging, and I was actually thinking the same thing, Judy, is do we create two separate concepts here, because podcast-host

The last thing I would like to see is, okay, hey, we've got 2,000 acres in middle of Pennsylvania that we now have all the necessary tools to go and build there and we can build to our hearts delight. podcast-host
