Oh, man, I want to say yes.
I want to believe.
I want to be optimistic.
If I was a betting man, there's just nothing really to make me think that they can do it.
It's not that one phase is not shored up and they need to just kind of make a few –
tweaks or changes in one area to really get them back on track.
They've just, they have been so inconsistent.
I just think that's the best word.
And it doesn't mean that when all of these pieces of the puzzle are together and clicking that it's not enough and they're just not talented enough.
I don't, I don't think it's that they're not talented enough when they're going well.
It's just, they got into a position where at some point during this year,
they could not flip the switch.
And whether it was guys not being here consistently, being up and down with injuries, or with the new guys not providing what they did, or quite honestly, the guys returning that have been healthy, not doing what they need to do, they just haven't been able to get on any sort of run.
And that's always scared me about this team is even in May, even in April, and of course the first part of June, just not being able to get on any sort of run.
to make you believe that it's there.
And I still feel the same way, that there's not a lot to really say.
And I think that Ross Atkins probably believes this as well.
We just need a couple pieces or a couple tweaks, and we can make a run.
I just don't see it.
I hate to be so pessimistic about it.
