I like this group.

I love the way the fans are supporting them, but for me, it's just not there right now.

I think that the chance was probably about a month and a half ago, and I can't give you a specific date, but there's just times and feelings throughout a season that maybe sometimes

it can you can get in there and flip the table over and and try to light a fire.

You would hope that this group wouldn't need that.

But, you know, I think that's probably something that may, may have benefited them, but very well could have just kept everything status quo.

And ultimately it wouldn't be a manager coming in there and yelling and screaming that would get it done.

But, you know, sometimes you do need a little wake up call.

And as of right now, no, it's,

I'm not going to say it's too late, but it's like your moment has passed.

And I was on teams where managers did that, and a couple times it worked, and a couple times it didn't.

But it was much, much earlier in the season because once you get into a certain phase of the year, it's a moxie.

It's like an ooze, and it's like a virus that just won't go away, that has no cure, and you can't get rid of it.

And I don't know how else to explain it other than

winning and playing really, really solid baseball is the only cure.

And again, there's just hasn't been consecutive series in a row and a long extended period of time.

And for long and extended, I'm saying like two weeks, like it's not even that long where they have played really, really good baseball.

It is literally been one step forward, one step back the entire season.

And that just creates an attitude in there that like,

We just got to keep going.
