I was surprised, but I'm more than surprised, encouraged about this defense going forward and understanding decisions will need to be made over the next few weeks, months, whether it's draft, whether it's resigning someone, whether it's trades, all of that.

Bears got a great one in Dennis Allen.

When push comes to shove, you know he can scheme it up.

You know he understands the game.

You know he's not probably going anywhere because he seemed very soured by his head coaching experience and the Bears are paying.

I feel like they're in a great spot

And I just really am impressed with Jaquan Brisker making a little extra money with his performances in these playoffs.

And if that's with the Bears, I don't know.

If that's with someone else, good for him.

And also good for Kyler Gordon.

The Brisker thing really stands out because the whole question about his health coming into the season, that man played every game.

And so that stands out to me.

But the Gordon, because if you're wondering, ah, Kyle Gordon, this seems real serious the way he's been in and out, in and out.

His last in, though, he clocked all the way in.
