We found the perfect transient or transitional candidate, which is the athletic college student for what we do.

And so because of that, these college students have hectic schedules, class schedules.

The whole benefit of our platform is that they get to work when or if they want to.

And they have a lot going on with their social schedules, with their class schedules, etc.

And so it's difficult to kind of tack down one specific individual.

Our customers actually call in all the time and request certain bellhops that they've had in the past.

It's difficult to do that because bellhops have such hectic schedules that we don't see a lot of attrition.

In addition to that, obviously we're coming into your home, we're moving your things, we have a 100% fix or replace policy, we're fully insured.

All of those things you kind of want with

with a service that's handling sensitive items that you own.

So that's another thing.

The insurance comes with it, the protections for our bellhops, and also the communication.

Our platform makes it really, really easy to understand when everything's happening.

For the customer, it's a really great experience.
