When you grow a company and you get to a certain size over, usually it's over two or 300 people.

Your HR department starts to build out an internal learning and development department.

You have an LMS, you've got training videos, you've got training sheets, you've got role playing.

You guys do.

You have a coaching room.

But when you were less than 200 people, you didn't have that.

You had Bob who would train some people on the fly.

So what happens is when you're in a small to mid-sized company, you don't have the resources and the expertise to help you scale.

So your job is to plug stuff in that will help people scale.

This isn't a pitch for my course, but there's lots of courses online.

Put your people into them because you're not going to build yours.

So stop saying we're going to build something when you're not.

Don't give a whole book to somebody.

Say, read chapter six of that book.
