Hello.

So it really started last year when I was sitting at SIG and I was going through session to session

and every session talked about AI.

And then every conference it seemed that I attended or listened in on thereafter, it was always AI focused.

And it's always about the technology, about what the technology can do for you, how the technology can help your business.

And I guess it was in January, I had a meeting with someone, I forgot who it was.

It wasn't even with my corporation.

And they said, oh yeah, AI is just another tool my company is forcing down my throat.

And I thought, that's a really interesting concept.

And I have been a leader in my past.

I haven't always just been in sourcing and working on contracts.

I've led organizations.

I've led transformative efforts before.

And I really thought, you know what?

I think we need to address more of the rollout, as we want to call it, of sourcing, of when we bring in a new technology project with the sourcing industry.

Because if we don't do that, then I think we're going to have some challenges or some organizations are going to have some challenges.

I've seen the good, bad, ugly over the past 30 years in the business.

And I really thought it's really important to talk about that operational human relationship.

I see a pattern across major business transformations.

The technology is rarely the hardest part.
