Organizations can invest great tools, but if people don't understand why the change matters or don't trust it or don't incorporate it, it doesn't matter.
So that's what really got me thinking about doing this class and talking about it and getting out into the industry and talking about it more and more because sometimes we have to make that connection.
Everybody wants that shiny new tool, but how people embrace it is a different story.
We do.
We do.
And, you know, and I think it's because it touches upon many different points.
It's not like we're rolling out a Word tool like when Microsoft Word came out and when Adobe came out, you know, where it was just an enhancement to your work life.
AI touches something very personal across the board because it touches somebody's values, the environment.
That is a huge topic of conversation.
It talks about expertise, identity, and future relevance.
When it goes across all those areas for one person, it is a big impact.
AI can raise questions about the environment.
Like I said, we hear this all over the part with data centers.

What's going to impact?
This is a conversation I have at my dinner table with all of my kids who are all part of the generation that's in the workforce now, you know, the entry level and up that are being introduced to these tools, you know, and they're having a hard time trusting them because what is this impact
on our water source you know these are conversations that we have um so you know and i wouldn't have that conversation with rolling out an adobe product or you know whatever product of the day you know that we're we're rolling out um and then you know what we talked about you know the decision-making authority and um how is this um will this tool take away my decision-making authority you know um will it get rid of my job right and
You know, there's so many different things that this tool or these tools that involve AI bring into play that go through people's minds.
And so if you really don't have a good rollout plan with your company and how you roll out AI and how it integrates into your tools, you're going to have challenges.
And I'll give a shout out to Sig last year and something that I always talk about at one of the keynote events, one of the speakers, and I can't remember who, and I wish I could, he said, you know, when I talk about AI and he said, and it was CEO that was talking about this and he goes, and I wish all CEOs would say this is that I,
