And I think that's so important.

And it really has to take that approach.

And I think when you do that, it really makes a difference in the learning.

Right, and we see that in the marketplace.

That's a big topic of discussion right now on Wall Street.

You know, what is really the ROI of AI?

Can it be defined just yet?

So, you know, these are all discussion points.

And so, you know, you really have to be careful about the rollout.

And another thing that I always talk about, about the expertise, you know, remember, AI at the end, it is just a computer tool.

You know, you still need that expertise.

And so I've had people even say, well, we don't need this tool anymore because we have AI.

Okay.

But if we don't have the expert to understand what the AI is telling us, we still need maybe that consultant or that tool or this tool or that tool.

So really still, you still need that pairing of people and tool.

And so we can't be lost on that.

And so we just need to make sure that when

the rollout of AI and stuff really comes from the top down.
