And the top down is really rolling it out.

And then it's being communicated out.

And so maybe this company, X, Y, and Z Inc., whoever, had to make a consumption choice of headcount, etc.,

maybe it wasn't really related to because they're doing AI now.

It may be because their profits weren't where they needed to be for last year.

And I really think that that needs to be talked about more as opposed to saying, oh, they embraced AI, so now that's not always the case.

I like to start making sure that they don't roll it out as a technology product, that they roll it out as a leadership and business transformative challenge.

Okay.

And I think if they walk away with that and the skills that I deliver during this workshop, they will actually be able to take that into any sort of transformative change that they start rolling out within their organization.

I agree.

I use AI daily.

I love AI.

I am probably one of the biggest cheerleaders in my organization for AI.

In fact, I got my daughter to be certified at eight AI tools when I was starting to get certified.

And this was just on our own free will.

Nobody forced us to do this.

And it just helps even with daily life things.

it is really important to make sure that as a leader of an organization, it's rolled out properly.
