But looking at having the goal to set a cash flow system now behind your budget, which we explain how to do in our book.
Well, you check in with your budget.
Definitely.
I mean, I look at our budget, I looked at it about three weeks ago and I was shocked as to how much things have changed in such a short period of time.
So many things have gone up.
So, you know, if you did a budget at the beginning of the year or even less than that, it definitely is due for a change to check in and also to find some savings opportunities.
And the cash flow system, looking at how you're doing your budget.
If you're struggling with your budget, look at how you can make it easier to stick to.
Mm-hmm.
The cash flow system is really, I think, the saving grace when it comes to sticking to a budget.
And we explain it in our book, which is a great reason to pre-order it so you're the first to have it in your lap.
But this is where you start making life a lot easier for yourself and you're not having to waste so much time and energy and even mentally and emotionally punish yourself for finding it really hard to stick to a budget.
There's a very special one to land on, which I think everyone's going to really appreciate.
So this is to go deep with your superannuation.
So to, like the snapshot that we did, but this is where we just go into a little bit more detail but doesn't take too much time at all, looking at the contributions, making sure that your employer is paying you now as and when you get paid, making sure that that money is correctly invested and it reflects your up-to-date risk profile, but also getting some information as to how much money you actually need
as a guide in superannuation in order to achieve your goal.
So for example, you would think, okay, well, again, this is not set in stone, but it's great to have some goals to work towards or have a bit of an idea as to the type of figures that you're going to be needing in super when you retire.
So you might think, okay, well, I would actually really like to retire age 65 on $80,000 a year.
You would then go and work out, okay, well, roughly how much does that
What does that figure actually look like?
