A property, as we all know, takes time to sell and it's very expensive.
You've got to pay a real estate agent a rather large amount of commission.
There's obviously the legal fees, bank fees.
It very quickly adds up.
If you aren't getting the price that you want, perhaps you thought it was worth more than what you originally estimated, that can be a bit of a rude shock.
You've got to hold out for that price or whatever.

And there's the holding costs, which we touched on already.
There are a lot of risks.
