Now, I was immediately humbled by that because I saw a headline in the telegraph afterwards that said that Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland are getting together to I think the the phrase that the telegraph used in their very sensationalist headline was to discuss the breakup of the United Kingdom.
And I was like, Oh God, has Donald Trump actually organized this?
Has he has he has he made this happen?
But that's not what's happening.
What's actually happening is that the leaders of the SNP, uh Michelle O'Neill from Sinn Fein and uh Plid Cymru, the Welsh uh Nationalist Party, who are currently um they're currently uh the leaders of the the Welsh Senate or have uh yeah, like they uh currently hold the the Prime Ministership there or the first ministership there.
Um they're getting together to discuss a member.
memorandum of understanding whereby they affirm their constitutional right to seek independence, which is a very, very different thing to what the telegraph were claiming that, you know, like that they're there to discuss the breakup of the United Kingdom.
Um
And that all those people I just named, they're there in their capacities as party leaders as opposed to first ministers of their of their various territories.
Um so I stand I having having sussed that out, I have reverted to standing by my original position, which is that Donald Trump talking about a United Ireland is not um in my opinion, I don't think we're gonna have any further discussions about a United Ireland as a result of this.
There was a great post by uh a woman on Blue Sky named Sue Kirk, uh, who had like, you know, kind of the quote of like Donald Trump saying that he's calling for United Ireland and all the reporters kind of being up in arms.
And then she had like Donald Trump two days ago.
I was I was the first person pulled from the wreckage of nine eleven, which is literally that's what he was talking about a matter of days ago.
He was talking about essentially being one of the first people on the scene, totally changing his story from twenty five years ago.

Yeah, a literal lie.
So I mean
Who's to say what will happen?
But I just don't imagine, given that there will be no actual policy or structural heft behind, you know, it's not as if the the United States of America is calling for a United Ireland.
