So part of it might come down to whether you're really willing to let yourself feel true boredom.

Specifically looking at people who are self isolating and in lockdown, what sort of tips do you think you might provide to those people who are experiencing boredom so that perhaps they could embrace boredom and even find better types of boredom in their life?
Now a word of caution for any savvy business managers out there who heard this and thought boredom might improve creativity or productivity in their workers.
According to Gi Hun Park, trying to induce boredom in a workplace has a good chance of backfiring.
Thomas Goodz also points out that while some workplaces are now implementing wellness programs for staff, including meditation sessions or spaces to think more freely, trying to encourage boredom may be a step too far.

Sandyman believes there probably are smarter ways to manage or even embrace boredom in our work lives.
