That first 20 minutes, we were under the cosh big time.

It was probably around half an hour when we started to try and get a hold of it, but for the second half, we were much better.

But look, the fact that we're talking about running, one of the best in the world that close is a credit to the group.

I hate this period, yeah.

I mean, I'll love it when I'm on holiday in a couple of weeks with my little girl, but no, it's a long period this bit, the longest period of the year.

But it gives us a chance to reflect, look at where we are, me being me, how do we be better every time, what do we need to improve?

They're all the things that we're looking at now.

How do we constantly be better?

And I like to have a period after camp where we get the work done, we review, we sort everything out.

Then you can switch off, decompress, have a couple of weeks and then come back and hit the ground running.

Although we've already started prep for Kazakhstan, that's just the nature at the moment.

You have a look over them as quickly as possible.

But yeah, a couple of weeks of complete switch off and I'll be switching my phone off.
