For me, number one, we get the culture right.
So you have to bring 23 players together that connect, that are all on the same page.
Some know that they're starters.
Some know that they are support players.
Some know that they're pushing players.
Everyone has a different role.
So you have to get the makeup right.
It's not about 23 individuals.
you know you'll see those arguments all the time not necessarily here in the island squads but you will see our you might see actually one or two being being questioned but there's there's a bigger picture to it and not just your 23 best players because if so and you don't get the culture right you don't win football matches

Yeah, I think you have to apply yourself in the right way and if you're good enough and you fit everything that we're trying to do, then brilliant.
Then of course the door's open to anybody and everybody.
I mean, I think it was very well kept for a long time that we all knew.

I think ultimately with Katie, she's one of the best left backs, if not the best left back in world football.
