And I say...
like mistakes and moments and learning it's like being in the boxing ring right the sooner you get hit the sooner you get back up and throw your next punch and I think that it was really important those moments so um
Yeah, I had full belief.
I did.
And, you know, you can sit here and say, but I did and I'll continue to.
And I think we've shown that.
Yeah, huge amount of, you know, quality, experience, players that I've worked with, a desire, resilience, a character.
I think that's the biggest thing, a character and a togetherness and a willingness if we could put all that components together.
But listen, like anything, when you take over any job in any walk of life, there's going to be adjustments.
You know, the staff, the players, you've got to find the right balance and you still have to find the right balance maybe a year, year and a half on and you're constantly looking for ways to evolve.
So,
Yeah, and that's why it's really important that we embed our principles very early.
You know, I think then no matter who we play against, no matter what system we play against, no matter what system we play, if we're really clear and every player is clear no matter where they play, what the principles are, then it gives us a chance because it means we can always revert to that.
That took time.
That really did.
I would say it probably took a good year of really nailing that down and embedding those.
And now it makes it a little bit easier that when they come in, everything is tweaked.
So...
I had a very clear idea, but naturally it evolves, right?
