I think on a one-to-one basis, it's taught me to be a little bit more nurturing and more human.
In other words, you're not just managing outcomes and results.
Uh, you realize outcomes and results ultimately, especially in our business, it's a it's a
uh human capital intensive business, right?
Which per works perfectly for for me.
Um it's it's easy to be very to crack the whip and just treat people as as numbers and and just results.
And
People
There's there's a lot going on with with everyone.
Like everyone has a story.
And I've I've learned like for example
You know, when you're a supervisor in in in my earlier years, I remember in the BPO, I would talk to them and it it would be coaching, we call it like coaching, supervisor coaching, T L or T C coaching on
On, you know, the KPIs and the metrics and all that.
And after a few times, it becomes a repetitive conversation.
Numbers are numbers, right?
And then you realize as you grow, numbers are a lagging metric.
they they they are not the predictor of things they simply measure what's what's going on and and so i i i've learned to to deal with people as as humans obviously that does not mean you disregard results obviously we're we're
results are the most important thing in in in our career, right?
Um or one of the most important things.
