Every time.

I don't know, maybe you have maybe it's the um uh the imposter syndrome that sometimes maybe your people are not as honest and open.

Uh they hide that.

But I think if you're going to be really true to yourself, if you're gonna keep growing as a person, that means there are roles and responsibilities that will be offered to you.

And when it's offered, at the moment it's offered, you feel like you're not fully ready for it, right?

That's how I felt many times.

And I felt that

You know, certain presentations that I've I've I've been asked to make in the boardroom leading up to that.

I was so extremely nervous.

You know, even I remember as a manager, as a senior manager, every time

I as I went along my journey, there was always a point wherein

I felt

I did not

fully belong.

In that role or that position.

And at that time it was always a cost for.
