It's time for me to do exactly the opposite.

I some people they want to plan the day and say, okay, today is my day off.

And I want to do the following things, right?

For me, if it's my day off, it's the opposite.

I try to go the opposite of optimizing.

I go for simplicity.

I go for relaxation.

And I like to start my day slow.

Uh coffee.

Uh I cannot start the day without coffee.

So to me, a typical day off would be getting up from bed, um, staying in bed a few minutes, no rush, coming down, making my coffee.

sitting quiet, meditating, uh, and and in in my case, meditation would probably mean, you know, uh different things for different people.

In my case, it's maybe prayer time.

And

Just keeping the day unstructured and slow.

Good question.

People who are close to me know this very well.

The one thing that is non negotiable to me and I protect is my family time.
