I suppose when you come through the Leinster system, school, club and now at Leinster, we probably only know one necessary path, if that makes sense, and one way of doing things, whether it's right or wrong, I don't know.
So it was nice to experience a completely different environment.
I picked up loads.
One of the things I thought was,
What's great is the amount of meditation they do.
So they do group guided meditation, breath work and stuff, which I quite enjoyed when I was down there.
And yeah, I think just the one thing which I really enjoyed was how close their group was, if that made sense.
And it's obviously, it's a completely different dynamic because they don't have as intensive
international windows as we do, so their group's very permanent for the whole year.
From academy, senior academy, up to the top 30, it's their senior squad, they're a very tight group and even a lot of the guys, so anyone who moves to Melbourne to play for the Storm, a lot of the guys who move will go and live with a senior player for at least their first year anyway, so even just little things like that I thought were interesting, it's just completely, it's probably a different dynamic to hear when obviously they have so many guys who are coming from all over into Melbourne when
I suppose the majority of Leinsters obviously met up in Dublin, surrounding counties, and then you maybe have guys like myself coming up from Dublin or guys coming from further afield like Rabba or Orgy or those guys, you know, like, so, no, I found that was really, really interesting.
