and high powered AI tools available to you, you can take assets and create things that, you know, obviously are incredibly disturbing and quite frankly, criminal in nature.

And so schools are wrestling with this, teachers are wrestling with this.

And unfortunately, according to Wired Magazine, it is rampant.

And as the tools get better and more accessible and easier to use, the number of these videos that are being distributed continues to increase.

Well, no, I mean, a video like this can quite literally destroy a teacher's career if those who are consuming it don't think that it's AI generated.

If people think that these videos are real, that can cause some serious damage.

And in fact, Grok is in the process of being sued by a number of plaintiffs who allege that images of themselves were used by the platform to create sexualized videos without their knowledge or permission or consent.

So,

You know, it's already happening and laissez-faire isn't the answer.

We can't simply allow this to happen because people's lives are potentially being ruined right now as we speak.

The platforms need to impose better guardrails to prevent this kind of use and better labeling standards and usage standards need to be applied to the basic imagery.

so that they can't simply be grabbed off of an existing platform and used as input into a sexualized video without the individual's permission.

Yeah, the raging debate over calculator, I think, seems very quaint in retrospect, because it's certainly what we're talking about.

And my wife's a teacher.

And, you know, certainly when she was going through her education, she could visualize none of this, right?

This is all in the future.

And so if she could go back, she'll often say, I would have chosen a different path, knowing what we know now with all this technology that's kind of adding to the crisis that we're seeing in classrooms.

Yeah, you can coach them beforehand.

You can put them in a conference room for weeks on end if you want and scenario play and walk them through the process.
