They can't use electronic devices to sort of talk in their ear.
They can't use anything like that.
It has to be completely independent otherwise.

And in this case, it was a trial in insolvency in company's court.
And the individual who had launched the claim was on the stand.
And as it turns out, he was wearing a pair of smart glasses and somebody was coaching him live as he was giving his testimony.
Unfortunately, the technology failed at one point.
Obviously, the Bluetooth connection between the phone, his phone and the smart glasses was lost.
And so all of a sudden, the individual who was doing the coaching, the voice came out of his smartphone and everyone could hear it on the speakerphone.
So guy got busted.
No, because the judge thought something was wrong.
The other lawyers thought something was wrong.
So people were already thinking something is just not quite right with the way this guy is speaking.
He looked stilted.
He looked like he was kind of focusing on the glasses.
It was kind of hard to tell.
But then when the technology actually failed and you could hear the coach's voice in the open court, then everyone knew that the gig was up and the guy was busted.
