It's hard to disagree with here are three tips to improve your communication.
It's much easier for someone to disagree with this idea that the way leaders communicate often reveals whether they actually trust the people they're leading.
But I actually look for those things when I'm working with clients.
What are the things that they've learned, they believe, they've observed, they put into practice themselves where not everyone agrees with it.
That's where the gold is.
That's something that makes what you're talking about interesting and different.
And also helps your audience learn something about themselves.
So the diagnostic question for this second yes is where am I staying neutral?
