And for me, it was I had to move to get to a place and and have rhythm, like vibrational resonance through my body.
So I found it through.
the way that my feet hit the pavement, whether it be jumping or walking or running or whatever it was at the time.
And it was about how am I beginning?
To just create space for my brain to change all of the f the fast hyper movement, because I would have like four hundred tabs open and twenty tracks of music all going at one time, right?
And it's like, how do we start to do that?
And I and I love that we can have our approach that doesn't look
like what we think meditation is, but it can be this very
Centered.
of what feels best for you.
So if you just wanna move and sway, if you just wanna like
you know, float and feel like you're, you know, a bird.
I we did this meditation um not long ago in Kundalini where you were like flapping pretending like you were a bird.
You were like moving your arms and it was just with your eyes closed, you know, if that was comfortable.
Just all these different ways that we can begin to approach
Moving our body for well being because it's about the joy.
