And so I always say, you know, when we're working with our burnout clients,
when we're looking at your sensory system, sometimes it's let's just start with what's sensory seeking because those are the things that are regulating you, that are pouring into you comfort, joy, peace.
And let's look at how do we eliminate those things that are that you're avoiding maybe just without acknowledging it.

What's really creating more conflict?

Is how we
communicate and connect in our interdependence, our belongingness with one another and with ourselves.

Our neurodivergent leadership.
And how we approach collaboration and we don't have this hierarchy.

This is these are things that matter to us and are important.
