My story is so sensational that people will remember it.
So I feel like...
When I've done follow-up, like I've done some resilience workshops last summer.
And when I followed up at the six-month mark, they said, you know, we've done training before.
And if we think about it, they're like, oh, yeah, that person.
But they said, you know, over the months, we've come over some things and we're trying to use the tools that you mentioned.
They're like, oh, yeah, Carol, the girl that went skydiving.
This is what she said.
This is where this is relevant here.
So I think...
The fact that I have an anchor story makes it more memorable and that people are more likely to put it into action when it's someone that's lived it, not just in the workplace, but in their regular life.
And just a story that's memorable.
It just grows more at the top of their mind.
I asked AI recently last year and the answer, so the accident happening was one in a million.
Add to that, surviving would be one in a million.
And then growing your femur back, they're like, we don't have any number for you.
It's just miraculous.
Or we listen to respond instead of listening to hear.
True.
So you have credibility and so they will go along with your plans.
