It literally tells you, like, start here.
Watch out for this dead end.
Don't make this mistake that I made.
Do these bits first because I know you want to jump to the part where it all gets better.
But this stuff makes this foundational work makes change last.
And I want people to know that it is absolutely possible to get to a point where anxiety is no longer in the driving seat of your life because it isn't for me.
Like I know I have my situation with my kids and I think that's very important.
separate.
And I think anyone would feel stressed with that situation.
But in terms of like anxiety, having a grip on your life and factoring into all your decisions and in terms of the physical symptoms being such a feature, you have every reason to believe that you can like come out the other side of that.
I was thinking about this and like we so often say like be yourself and like do your own thing and actually like it just ignores the fact that socially at that age it's very hard to go against the grain.
We are very driven towards wanting to be in the tribe and that's our survival mechanism kicking in.

Which, again, I would have eye-rolled at.
But now, knowing what I know about how we can actually help work with you rather than against you, it could probably make those turbulent teen years or younger years a little bit easier to get through.
And what's the meaning of life?
Such a question.
I think the meaning of life is that it's up to you to determine your own meaning.
And like we'd probably... It's where you direct your energy that you create meaning.
I don't think we're meant to have a meaning of life.
