You know, it's really important.
We've got the first young lady um just finishing at Salambosh University.
She's finishing her chartered accounting degree.
She's an apple picker's daughter from two farms away from us.
And she would have fallen out of school in grade seven if it wasn't for the Pebbles project.
Absolutely, yeah.
Um so um he started with creation as a runner.
And in a very short space of time, we just saw his unbelievable energy and confidence um with the training that we gave him and how he
really just took that on board and it was hugely exciting to get him into um the sales team and um then to see his development through his WACT training and also through his South African Somerliers training and then of course he did his uh master court sommelier's training which we I I think it's just about trying to give people a leg up that really totally deserve it and um
I I think one thing that's important is that everything that happens in our testing room is it's
really about um the people and um and philanthropy is not um something which is separate and just the pebbles project over there it is constantly happening actually right here in the tasting room and um guests are just incredibly generous sometimes and phenomenal in how they support the project and it's happening amongst the team as well.
Um it's phenomenal.
I mean I think people are our greatest asset.
I honestly do.
I think that, you know, we have the chance here
in South Africa to totally transform people's lives and it's such an opportunity.
We have so much talent, incredible
capacity, but people just haven't had the chance.
And you know, that gives us a chance to create
unreasonable hospitality, it gives us a chance to to um do all of the work that we do in the vineyards in a very artisanal way, but in a beautiful way to be able to um JC can talk more to this because he's much better at it than I am, but you know, to have to be able to prune the vineyards, to be able to do the suckering, the same team.
