To be able to do the hand selection in the vineyards in terms of harvesting, which gives them all the possibilities to do a whole bunch press and whole bunch fermentation.
So they there's so many aspects to it.
And when I was in McLarenvale doing a lecture for the Adelaide um university, um, to some of the producers, they were just so jealous of um these incredible.
hardworking people that we have in South Africa that are so talented.
And when I send my team to work in Michelin restaurants overseas, sometimes they tell me that their energy is just infectious.
Their creativity is absolutely marvelous.
And what our team really learn from their internships overseas is often a little bit more structure, sometimes some techniques that we're not
you know, that aware of um and perhaps um and and and yeah mostly I think organizational structure is what really is um a great asset.
But we've got fantastic people and they're able they help, you know, people are part of Tewa and everybody in the team helps to create these phenomenal wines.
But on the people side, JC, I mean I think the great advantage for us is that we have the people that actually would that want to work in agriculture, um, that want to work in hospitality, and they are so incredibly capable.
Um and that's hugely exciting.
I also think that we're creating
the Somaliers of the future that are able to go and um tell the world about the amazing um wines of South Africa.
And a great example is some of the Somaliers that have gone into the wine culture at creation and then have um flown the nest and they are our greatest ambassadors around the world.
Such a pleasure.
