I wonder what's going on for her.

Right, or the person that's driving like a maniac on the highway, right?

It's easy to be, oh God, what an idiot.

But the balcony seat we can think like, Wow, I wonder if there's an emergency.

I wonder what's happening, right?

So compassion exists on the balcony seat and curiosity exists there.

So the three Bs are also something that you can practice throughout the day and it doesn't ac doesn't take a long time.
