So, you know, your little alarm goes off, you bring your attention to your breath, take a couple of breaths.
Follow your breath into your body.
What's going on in your body?
Is there any tension?

Is there any places where you could release I often find that I can release the muscles in my face?
I often find that I can pull my shoulders back and down.
Just even when I'm not triggered, even when I'm not in the heat of any moment, those things tend to kind of get a little tight.
So I'd drop my shoulders, relax my face.
And then the third piece is taking the balcony seat.
So it's like
And you know this as a coach.
Developing an outside observer, developing the ability to see yourself in the moment.
And so that's really what the balcony seat is about.
