And then other people find me through just talking or referral and things of that nature.
Well, so I feel like the universe has been pulling me along the entire journey because I was my first client, honestly.
It was like I either had to heal or I was going to self-destruct.
There were plenty of times I didn't want to be alive.
And...
I did the art and I love doing the art, but I wanted to do something deeper and really transform women's lives.
So the pandemic is actually what caused the pivot because I was already getting certified and then events stopped.
So I couldn't do my art anymore.
And it was like a little nudge, like, Hey, go this direction.
And so that's,
Actually, when the pivot took place.
Yeah, so when the pandemic hit, I kind of, out of all my journey of healing and stuff, like, I really wanted to put together something that really worked.
Because, you know, I tried a bunch of things that didn't.
So what was birthed was my pain into power process.
And...
That's what I walk people through.
It's a very somatic process.
I bring in evidence based EFT, brain spotting and parts work.
Some people call it inner family systems.
But really, I tend to work with women who are like me.
