And interestingly enough, over the years, as I've tried many different freebies and offers, the number one question that I'm always, always, always asked and the top topic that always resonates, how do I stop rambling?

And there's a running joke, I think, in the personal development space and in the professional development space that we teach what we most need to learn.
And I honestly believe now in hindsight, I can look back over the last few years working with thousands of clients and go, oh, I understand now.

And sometimes, well actually let's face it, oftentimes in a professional environment, rambling not only is not useful, but it actually drowns our poor listener in way too much information.
They end up feeling overwhelmed by all of the stuff that we're explaining and so they tune out.
So what I want to do today is share what I now understand about myself and about why I ramble and how that relates to some of the research that I've done about different neuro processing types, neuro divergence types.
and also give you some of the strategies that I use because it's not about fixing your brain and it's not about performing.
It's not about scripting yourself and it's not about becoming a TEDx speaker.
Instead, it's about understanding what's going on for you in those moments when you're feeling the pressure, when you're needing to defend a position or an opinion.
