I'm not a psychologist.

But having worked with thousands of people over the last six years on their speaking and their communication confidence and impact, I'm seeing this more and more, this notion that rambling is the enemy.

And the desired output is a perfectly crisp, perfectly phrased, perfectly articulate statement or sentence every single time.

And I just don't think that's true.

I don't think that's true at all.
