To assume that your listener or that your reader is going to do the extra work, whether it's going to visit your website, whether it's reading your supporting information, whether it's looking at your business card and inferring a whole lot of extra stuff, it's presumptive to think that they're going to do that in order to understand you.

And I know that that's that that sucks a bit.

I know that we put a lot of time and effort into our marketing collateral, into our annual reports, into our strategies, into all of the different documents that tell the world what it is that we do.

But when it comes to speaking to people, when it comes to writing award pitch or sorry, award entries.

When it comes to pitching our business, we have to assume that
