yeah and i'll go yeah you know for the business day we need to create these social media posts we need this admin done on the back end so i do have help doing uh admin for the business now so i'm able to try train private clients um and run the business at the same time i have tuesdays with the kids but it's never just with the kids you know i'm still in the background doing something business wise and as well as um

I'm now trying to create a personal brand for myself too.

So working on social media, doing that as well on Tuesdays when I'm home, uh, Wednesdays I'm with private clients and teaching group fitness classes, mom's club and strength classes.

Thursdays today, I get up really, really early, um, and have four 45 AM clients and then teach a class.

And then, um,

More clients.

It's always such a juggle.

Friday I'm with clients and teaching another mum's club.

So I do teach the mum's club classes, which is where mums can come in with the kids and they're able to get a workout in while the kids can play and have fun too.

So that's really special.

And then, yeah, the business never stops.

We're open seven days a week with different classes.

It's just, you know, business owners will get it.

There's always work in the background.

It's just how you prioritise things.

when you look at it or not, I guess, you know, what's important in life in that very moment.

And I've learned to balance that better over the years.

And I'll be honest, it's not easy, especially in the climate that we're in right now.

When I had kids...

a few years ago I honestly had the discussion with my husband of like do I do I keep going like this is so incredibly hard um to balance everything and I didn't have a PA back then or help it was just me and you know very young triplets that needed me all the time um so my advice would be
