do something that excites you.

So as hard as it was, do you know what I did?

I got a new space.

I moved out of the space I was in at the time, which was a smaller storage shed space that we converted into a gym.

And I got a bigger space when my babies were about eight months old and I created a gym that I loved and I took a risk and

it was hard.

Every day is hard or was hard back then.

I mean, it still is in a different way, but if I didn't change what I was doing so that I was excited about the future for my business or saw the business growing, then I don't know, maybe back then I would have just stopped everything because it was quote unquote too hard.

But yeah, I changed it to make sure I was excited every day for what I was doing.

I've done a lot of online courses, even through fitness education online as well.

Um, so many online courses that had helped me grow as a trainer over the years.

I learned, gosh, I, I, I learned Matt Pilates and I learned yoga and I wasn't just a personal trainer.

And then that, like I was just saying before that got me excited for the future too.

Cause I could

branch out and do other things and also doing courses that helped me develop as the coach that I am.

So I moved – once I become a mom, I moved more into the pre- and postnatal space where before I become a mom, yeah, I had some pregnant clients and postpartum clients.

But, you know, I was going more about I'd never given –

birth or had been pregnant myself.

So I was just going by, you know, what you read in a textbook or online now, you know, like what you're told when you do the course, not by how you feel as well.

And so I wanted to learn more because I knew how it felt.
