It's not unlimited if you have to pay everybody in America off to go along with what you want to do. So part of the big cost of running the model is the American people vote based on domestic issues and don't understand what's involved in running the whole global model. And so you've basically got to buy them off and pay them off to get them to sort of go along with whatever you want to do.
