Well, Joe Grogan, uh, first of all, he's quite a private man.
And I know a lot of his um final days, Mr.
Groden's deceased, as you've said, and a lot of his pri his his final days have come into the spotlight with this story.

But he was seventy five when he died, and he died in April twenty twenty three.
Uh and that followed a short illness with can he was he was diagnosed with stage four can cancer in the January and he died in April twenty twenty three.

a type blood cancer, isn't it?
Oh blood cancer, okay, right.
Yes.
Um so it was he first became unwell in December twenty twenty two.
And he was formerly diagnosed in January 2023.
So he is or was the owner of this really large
partial of land in Offaly Scregan is the location.
It's where the ploughing is is being this week.
It's a two hundred and twenty acre um patch of land, which is obvious obviously massive.
And it's been valued at five point five million at at its height.

And Mr Mr.
Grogan himself, he's he's been described as a farmer.
