Are you reaching out to one person every day or sending one resume every day?
Making a plan like that that's manageable can prevent you from just jumping at the first offer you get, which people often do when they're exhausted from the very nature of looking for a job.
I think for a lot of people, you know, they're looking at LinkedIn, they're scrolling through the posts of everyone they know who has just apparently landed like the best job and the biggest salary of their whole lives.

They might not be unhappy in their own role.
They might not even be or feel underpaid, but they're just worried that they have a responsibility to sort of seize the moment and capitalize on these conditions.

might be looking for.
But if you're looking for something like to make a career change or make a pivot, now is a great time to do that.
You do have more sort of leeway for things like that right now than you might at other times in other job markets.
But you don't necessarily have
the extreme leverage that another job seeker might have.
And it's important to remember that in no scenario should job seekers be walking in sort of like, why should I work here?
Sell me.
That's not going to work no matter the type of job market.
