Well, the first thing is, is clients generally don't actually reach out to you on holidays because they know, you know, most people have the holidays off, the weekends off.

And so it's very rare that that actually happens.

But if somebody does reach out to you, that means this is a serious, immediate problem.

It's an emergency.

And generally, my clients will just text me and I know the answer.

So I just, you know, it's two seconds out of my day.

Here's your answer.

You know, I hope you're doing well.

I hope you feel better.

You know, it doesn't take much time.

And the other thing is I balance my life.

I travel a lot.

And the nice thing is, is I can work remote.

And so I'm on vacation sitting on the beach.

Like life is great.

I don't mind if a client texts me and has a quick question.

like, you know, I'm not going to sit there and do appointment after appointment on the beach.

But you know, I'm going to help the clients I have a I want to make sure that they're supported because I have felt very unsupported in my health insurance journey prior to being in this position.

And so I just don't want anyone to feel like they don't have, you know, somebody to lean on somebody to ask questions.
