I can be so judgmental about my kids being on their phones and then I can be on my phone and like not greet somebody when they come into my home, one of my kids or my husband, like that weird thing you can feel like everything you're doing is so pressing and urgent.

You know, other than like practicing with kids, but just modeling it, just like walking the talk of
Put your phone down, turn your phone off, which I know is insanity, but that is something I've started doing.
Turning it actually all the way off so it's not just
talking to me from across the room, you know, the way you feel so like your phone has something to share with you.
Like I'm just turning it off and
looking up and standing up to greet people.
It sounds so I it's like embarrassing to say because like I assume most people are doing all those things, but I
