You know, we are also experiencing a heat wave.
It's Milan, Budapest, Krakow.
You know, these are all they're very important places.
destinations, not just for the Brits.
Obviously, I speak about this as being a Brit, but for Americans as well.
And Americans and the American airline industry equally is really sort of disappointed with this system because they just feel like they haven't been given enough warning.
Well, so technically, you guys are incredibly lucky.
You get to go through the EUQ.
But what I'm hearing, reports from airports, is that when you land in these particularly busy hubs and there's a lot of confusion, and this is also one of the main problems, it's signaling, it's flow, and then customers are getting very confused.
So, places like mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, Greece, very popular holiday destinations.
Just poor queue management is meaning that whenever Irish travelers, even other kind of European travelers, they might arrive and just get kind of lumped into a non-EU queue because we all love a queue, don't we as well?
People sort of join queues not even knowing.
It's just a case of sort of poor signalling as well, I think, in that sometimes you can't even see where the EU queue is.
Also, given that, you know, if you live near the Northern Irish border, then you end up flying from Belfast, say, and then again, you might get lumped into just a queue with everybody else.
It's happening at smaller airports as well, just where they're not set up to sort of triage queues in the right way.
No, unfortunately not.
And, you know, airlines have given passengers short shrift for this as well.
So, you know, lots of airlines have advised, get to the airport three hours in advance.
But that isn't often particularly helpful advice when bag drop, say, doesn't open until two hours before your flights, then you're just stuck waiting there.
Insurance, unfortunately, sees this as a kind of operational hazard and says, well, this is the airport's jurisdiction.
