Very quick question there, because, you know, the conversations that you're having seem extremely brave and

is people helping you or kind of prompting you is there professionals in the hospital maybe you should speak to them about this or was this all coming from yourselves it was the priority for us as soon as he was diagnosed was how to tell the kids and to deal with that but we had so much help from the hospice from within there was a fantastic asking them and stuff they'd give you advice

And I guess we had to have the conversation with my nephews when my sister was dying.

And it's not easy to open your mouth and go, the drugs aren't working and she's going to die.

That's, as you know, it's the hardest thing you ever have to do.

You have to tell your kids it's not going to be OK.
