I don't want to sound arrogant or boastful, but, you know, you work and you succeed and that's good.

I've definitely had that.

I mean, it's why I usually have notes there just to reassure myself.

But I've never really I've always been bad at names.

So I've kind of always had that.

So I've always had the sort of safety net of my notes because that's my kind of, you know, knowing that I've done my prep and I've got it all there, it just makes me feel more relaxed.

I never talked about menopause with my mum.

I went on HRT just because all my friends were doing it and I thought, well, I don't want to miss out.

Maybe I'll end up getting sort of older and wrinklier and more forgetful and I won't even know.

I don't even know whether I've had menopause symptoms before.

Well, yeah, I didn't actually live there.

I was broadcast from there, but the family was all in London.
