It was very fulfilling.

I loved the clinic setting.

I love my coworkers.

I love the clients.

Um, one thing led to another years later.

And, uh, we talk about this a lot on the team.

Like we've recently hosted, um, a certificate training.

And one thing we discussed towards the end is like, you know, more, and now you have new problems or new goals.

And that was the case for me.

So I was working in the field for, oh gosh, I don't even remember at this point, like maybe five, seven years at that point, and then knew I wanted to know more.

And so that's when I went back for my bachelor's degree.

Same story repeated itself because I worked with my bachelor's as an SLPA for many years.

Then new goals came on the horizon, and then I decided to go back in.

get my master's.

So I'm almost done on that, that journey, which is exciting, but yeah, so that kind of encapsulates my journey as a speech therapist, but first starting off with that parent perspective.

That's a great question.

I think it's the collaboration that you have with the team, namely the parents and the family.

Because I think in other settings, schools namely, you might not have that same opportunity.

You have interaction, yes, but it looks quite a bit different, right?

Maybe less frequent, right?
