We're like, wait a minute, I'm the only one on this campus.
I mean, so then to have this
colleague of yours, granted from another setting, but come and be able to speak your language and then also help, I think is welcomed in a lot of cases.
Definitely.
And I think this goes for any therapist across settings.
Something that you said right now just got me to think of this.
Um, ourselves as clinicians reminding ourselves continually to be in that seat of also being the learner, um,
And having the parent be our teacher, having the client be our teacher, that client, most importantly, another therapist in another setting being our teacher.
So really being a sponge to learn what they have to offer.
I know we have so much we want to share and sometimes we lead with that, but often listening and being in that seat of what do you have to share with me will take you miles further than if you had gone at it with the initial offer.
